Turn email data into an Excel report your team can use

Less copying before the spreadsheet work can begin

From incoming email to a workbook ready for your next task

Capture the information once, select the relevant records, and download the layout your team needs.

Bring email details into usable records

  • Capture the information where it arrives: Process message bodies, supported attachments, or both through the email parser.
  • Include attached documents: Extract fields and tables from supported PDFs and images with email attachment parsing.
  • Keep recurring work together: Place incoming results in a shared team folder, so the next reporting run has a useful starting point.

Choose the records that answer the question

  • Focus on the right work: Narrow results by date, sender, document type, folder, and other available filters.
  • Find a captured business detail: Search for a supplier, order reference, or another extracted value with document organization and search.
  • Export a few records or the full set: Select individual documents or download all available results matching your current filters, including matches beyond the page you are viewing.

Prepare the reporting snapshot

  • Match the report to its recipient: Use separate summaries for an order-level review or one-tab data for item analysis. The export format and layout guide explains the workbook structures.
  • Check that the reporting set is ready: An export uses available saved results. Let any remaining emails finish processing before downloading a report that needs their data.
  • Prepare the next period from saved results: Apply the next date range and select the relevant email-derived records. Request another download without uploading or extracting the sources again.

Keep order details beside the items your team needs to review

A distributor needs a weekly supplier-order report. The team selects processed order-confirmation records for 12–18 October 2026, narrows them to Northstar Supply, and checks the set before downloading Excel. This report uses one document type so its order fields and item columns stay consistent.

For an order with two items, the one-tab layout can keep the supplier, reference, and date alongside each item row:

SupplierOrder referenceOrder dateItemQuantity
Northstar SupplyORD-104818 Oct 2026Brass coupling40
Northstar SupplyORD-104818 Oct 2026Hose clamp12

Your columns follow the fields and tables defined for the document type. General values repeat beside each line item, so colleagues can filter and review the details with their order context in view. Validation information is included on a separate worksheet.

Choose the report according to the question

Use the same processed email data for different reporting requests by changing the records and period you select.

What did we order this week?
Choose the week's order-confirmation records and inspect references, quantities, and item descriptions in the workbook. Check that every document needed for the period has finished processing.
What came from this supplier?
Combine a reporting period with sender filters or a search for the captured supplier value. Review the matching records so the report reflects the intended supplier and document type.
Can we send a corrected report?
Correct the relevant extracted values in Suparse and create another download. Each workbook is a snapshot of the selected saved results, so an earlier file does not update itself.
